How do I stop snapping at people?
I’m autistic. I don’t know whether I have BPD or not. But it’s something I’ll ask my therapist.
I’m still on the waiting list to receive help.
Everyday, I feel hopeless about a problem that can’t be resolved.
My hopeless goes from extreme sadness to anger.
Then when someone annoys me, I yell at them.
Even my family say i sometimes go from bubbly and kind, to childish and aggressive in a second, with my language.
When I’m mad at someone, I yell at them to shut the fuck up.

Hey @Summerjune15, thank you for sharing your feelings here. Echoing what @shannon_164 says above, we hear you, and how frustrating it feels to live life to the fullest but feeling held back in this way. You're doing your best with your situation, and you're so much more than just your condition - it doesn't define who you are, and this expression of emotion is enough evidence of that. Keep fighting for each day - your life is worthy, and you matter

@shannon_164 it's hard holing on to wat sanity u hav left, at least I got games to keep me busy. Why do ppl no how to make u lower than u were at the beginning?
