    Mine today was inhaling helium with my sister and talking/singing - we laughed so much :heart:

    Another is the fact my nephew wanted a snuggle and he fell to sleep on me :heart:

    I changed my bedding today so I am really looking forward to getting in to bed.

    My positives from today are

    Going for a run in the sunshine, even it it did destroy my breathing. Felt lovely to be running again.

    Going shopping on my own, at first I didn't think I would like it, but I found some new clothes.

    I quite enjoyed running in the sun this morning too. That was until I went over on my ankle and had to hobble the way home. :( (and yes, I am ok!)
