    This sounds like it might be a sensible idea Soph. You're health is the most important thing and although you may be nervous they are there to help you.

    From being told 'you're like your dad' last night, I ended up in the most suicidal position ever.

    I text PAPYRUS, and have again this morning.

    I ended up having a nightmare about dad, where everything he done for nine years, happened in the space of a day in this dream. I had the woman asking me to follow her when I was outside, I had two voices telling me to do as she says.

    Ended up asking a friend if I can phone, and felt a bit calmer after..

    I don't think I'll ever get over what my dad done to me tbh, and it's hard to not cry when talking about it. :/

    I'm such a failure of a person.

    So-so. Just in a lot of pain tbh.

    Sorting things out, and stepping back from A LOT of people that just want to cause misery in my life.

    Decided on taking meds as prescribed, and trying not to have alcohol with it. :heart:

    Well done on making the decision to take meds and without alcohol, how's this going?

    After a few people telling me numerous times, I've realised it's best to focus on the people that make you feel good. The people that lie or cause you upset aren't worth your time so well don't on realising that.

    It's really difficult not having the alcohol, and I missed taking meds yesterday as I got back late :/

    Defo harder when you're trying to recover and get better on your own as well.

    Nope I normally take them at night.
