    Have an appointment tomorrow to talk about everything. So going to try and bring it up then.

    Probably drinking a lot more, cos I've not go any support and I know drinking helps.

    Let us know how the appointment with your GP goes. Hopefully you'll get the support you deserve, just try to be as honest about everything as you can be.

    it sounds like you're selectively honest, if you didn't tell her you're saving up medications.

    Do you think you should try and see her again to tell her you're making plans?

    Defo sounds like you need to go back to your GP and be totally honest with her Soph, she can't help or support you properly if you aren't telling her the whole truth. It's defo important to be 100% honest in order to get the best support :)

    It's frustrating when forgetting to pick up prescriptions, it can really help having more than one pack in the house. I used to hide my medication away from myself to keep me safe, but then I lost them, but I did find them a few months on, clearly that's a positive sign? Hows the day treated you? Or, how are you? *hug* <- Customary Hug Offer there...

    you don't HAVE to be okay Soph, it's about doing what you can to actually be okay. Thinking positively, putting baby steps in place in order for things to look up.

    I have no one to talk to. No support. So I do have to be as okay as I can.

    My GP can't help. She said she can help with depression and anxiety but with my mental health all she can keep doing is phoning the mh team..

    Doctors tend to refer young adult to mental health teams, because they're the ones that can help and support you more around issues surrounding mental health. What's your relationship with the mental health team at the moment? I know many people find them highly frustrating at times, but one step at a time, look after yourself, and were always totes here for you :heart:
