    I know *hug* it's the first year without the children this year so I know how you feel.

    You can get through this, your brother knows you love him, and you can see him in the new year. He will miss you too but you need to put yourself first. If it's not safe to go and see him then you can't, that's not your fault.

    I wish I could see that, I can just see myself getting worst every year that goes past. Like this year has been the worst by far, I don't know how I've survived everything, from attempts to being here now. It almost looks impossible when I look back. :heart:

    Are you having a new years jar? I think that suggestion is great, and I think you should write everything you've survived and put it in there.

    I'm sure things won't get worse as each year passes, but if that's the case keep remembering what you have survived, and what you can survive in future. You're clearly very strong. I know people keep saying this but please believe it, we really do care about you Soph :heart:

    That was a suggestion for others to use. I barely take any of my own advice, as it seems weird..

    I'm trying, I really am, everyday is effort and I force myself to at least go around the block to keep myself active, even if it's a minute outside... :heart:
