    Glad you are well. Im ok just really pissed off. I have sciatica and am having a flair up so in a lot of pain.... been trying to get through to my GP surgery since 8am but theres just a stupid automatic message that says sorry the health centre is extremely busy right now please try again later and then it hangs up on you. SINCE 8AM!!!!!!!!!! honestly im mad i need my painkillers

    Just annoyed it’s a bank holiday lol. My local chemist is closed and I really need new dressing for my self harm. But I’m seeing the specialist tomorrow and need to book my trains. And was gunna ring my gp to ask about going back to work and how I do it as wanna go back next week but yeah they’re closed.


    And are you sure they’re not close @Jellyelephant lol it’s bank holiday

    Hope you feel better soon @Jellyelephant. :) The healthcare system can be super frustrating, especially when what you're calling about can't really wait!

    I remember trying to book an appointment at my local GP a couple of years ago and was told the next available slot was over a month away. Like what if I'm feeling fine by then? It's not an emergency, but there are few things you can realistically wait that long for. I do wonder if those remote NHS services like Babylon and GP At Hand will be the future to be honest.
