    For the first time since my nana died 3 years ago I’ve just set foot in her room to help clear it out because my grandad is moving , I keep trying to hold onto things becuase everything I see I have so many memories attached to them but mum won’t let me 😩

    I am going on a trip in 11 days and the place I am going to need my weight for the activity. So I weighed myself today and felt absolutely disgusted. I feel like a fat, disgusting, ugly, eww blob. I don't want to be so fat and ugly. I want to lose weight so I don't feel like this. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔 Sorry.

    Slightly Graphic but i keep getting paraniod am weeing myself all the time but is only my period lol. But i really dont think i should be on the pill because they say not to take the main pill if have family history of thrombosis cause increases chance of blood clot and actually dying., my mum had thrombosis. And im not being over dramatic but like literally a massive blood clot came out of my vagina. And i will become anemic at this rate from blood loss and find it even more harder to breath. I feel so sick my stomach hurts so bad

    I'm still super tired, my attempt to catch up on my sleep I missed last weekend but haven't had any luck, only slept for 3 hour Friday night and only 4 hours on Saturday night,

    Still taking my medication like normal but I feel like it's just not working any more

    Maybe am only one whos self harms after peeing or while. Lonely  I hate myself.

    I feel myself giving up, thinking more about suicide, self harming more dangeriously, feeling less scared of death & realising what cant be fixed & how i cant cope much more without it being fixed. Im tired & lonely & have no money, i used to like speaking to friends now i cant keep one & life is a lot of effort, i dont even have energy to tidy the house or have energy to hear my sister keep calling me lazy. Maybe i am just lazy and life is too much for me.  I said i cant see myself living past this year. Now i feel its this month cause im really fed up & feel i can see it happening. 
    Everything is just empty 
    (safe& not in crisis or have plans just sad)

    You know your a intelligent human when you make yourself some waffles and put them in the toaster to warm them up and then you leave the house with them in the toaster and not having anything for breakfast 👍😜😂🙄

    Im sorry. I don’t know how much longer i can cope anymore. I cant see myself living in august let alone being 21. Im really suicidal. I hope people dont pretend to care once dead but i hope people remember. Im safe atm tho and with my sister & dont have plans. I am really suicidal i think i wont be lasting long. I wont be doing anything until i know a certain way to die properly and cleared my room and everything anyway. I dont have any energy though :'(

    If i kill myself i wanna do it properly not end up in hospital i hope this doesnt go against rules but i have been planning how that would work 100% if im not a coward and will get serious enough about dying. I feel serious. I know no one actually wants to die. But it is the only way out. I try a lot and i feel am just being stupid thinking one day something will work that maybe tomorrow is the day but it isnt. And i don’t know how much longer can hold on til i found out tomorrow will never be the day. I dont have date plans or anything so i think this is okay to say. Im just suicidal but safe

    Guess who ran out of sleeping pills and forgot to buy more?

    It's me again,
    I'm not sleeping tonight, I'm just gonna go and cry now because I need to pick up my walfarin tablet too which I need very badly now,

    Or just write and draw stuff until I feel like just passing out because my body is too hot and my feet are stone cold so that's logic

    I have no sense of direction, I got lost in Oxford and now idk where headdington is, I'm in Summertown where that is

    Awful day.

    1. Almost stabbed my finger when putting a badge on my blazer.
    2. In Spanish I cried a lot and felt scared to watch the film.
    3. I started my period.
    4. People asked why I was late to maths.
    5. I have a headache, cramps and feel sick.
    6. I still have that headache.
    7. I just want to sleep but I can't. I don't get home for another 3 and a half hours (5pm) as I have science from 2:10pm until 3:10pm and then cheerleading performance, award ceremony and party until 4:30pm.

    I’m sorry to hear that you had an awful day, it sounds like a lot happened today and I am guessing the physical stuff didn’t help either. Sending massive hugs! 

    I hope that tonight you could do something nice for yourself 💗 maybe a movie and chocolate? Bubble bath?
