Is it shallow to be attracted to attractiveness, and look down on others?

They just have no idea what it's like to be stunning attractive. The amount of time I'm forced to spend looking in a mirror, the hours it takes to do my hair...
And the horror of going to the supermarket! They all look like Hagar the Horrible after someone had sat on his chest and gave his face a good sandpapering. Either that or a melted version of old man Steptoe. Or Prince Charles after someone hit him in the face with a fire extinguisher.
It's got to the point where I have to keep a polariod of myself handy to pull out and look at when the hideousness of the general public overwhelms me.
Ugly people! Know your place! Stay indoors with the blinds closed at all times! And if you must leave your house to do ugly people things, have the consideration to put a bag with a beautiful person's photo sellotaped to the front on.
Have you ever had or actually know what a real friednship is about Jomery? With most of my friends we've had good times and bad times but I still care for them no matter what happens, thats the point of true friendship.
Your coming across to me as a user who will finish superficial realtionships the second someone stops being useful to you.
It's also difficult to shag people on a high horse... balance and all.
Personally, I'm willing to be friendly with pretty much anyone. I don't care what they look like, and I'm sure as hell most people don't think like you as I'm fat and not too hot so I'd have no friends at all if they did. Funnily enough though, finding friends and indeed menfolk romantically/sexually has never been a problem for me particularly, maybe its because I'm not a stuck up snob and have depth beyond my appearance. And as for your VIP clubs? I'd rather go to a grungy little club and have a fab time with people who don't give a shit than one of the supposed high end venues you keep banging on about where only the "beautiful" people count.
Maybe most people can't relate to people as hiddeous inside as you.
Oh no?
^ if this isn't arrogance then I don't know what is.
You know, sometimes you don't come across as a very nice person Jomery. I don't know you away from thesite, but going by what you've posted. I would say you're arrogant and up yourself and you would do well by admitting that and sorting yourself out and not comparing yourself to others. That is going by what you have written of course, maybe you are actually a nice person outside thesite. You wonder why people flame you? basically because you insult so many of us by implying we're beneath you.
So you're doing well... good for you. Affluence does not lead to happiness. Being around people you love and being free to be yourself is happiness. I don't see how a person who is happy can ever be so judgemental... If a person's appearance is seen as too offensive to be associated with... Well, it shows serious issues on your part and says a lot about what sort of person you really are.
Do you really want to spend your whole life looking down your nose at other people, then posting on internet messageboards hinting towards how in some ways your life isn't complete, how you're a virgin ect ect?
In fact, does it hurt when people judge you as a virgin? Do you think it's acceptable at all for people to judge you on that? How is it any different from the way in which you judge others for their social class or physical appearance?
So why do you constantly seek the approval of complete strangers on the internet?
How does she sleep?
You may be doing well, but that doesn't make you a likeable person, only to those who think like yourself.
I tell you where your going wrong with women - most like blokes with a little bit of depth.
Sleep is for the weak.
Power naps at your desk, it's the only way to stay at the top. That and listening to Huey Lewis.
If it was a choice of spending time with Jomery or spending all evening in the office, I know what I would choose.
Roll on the 100 hour week
Just because you read what people advise it doesn't mean you take the advice given to you.
If you're embarrassed to associate with fat people then better not reply to any more of my posts. I might taint your wonderful (ha!) life in some way because I'm carrying a few extra pounds :thumb:
then again, I'm not at Cambridge yet and I'm a size 8 not 0 so I'm probably not good enough for him anyway :chin:
It's not, and you don't.
What you have to realise though that the reason you don't have much luck with women is your attitude.
You expect to do well with the ladies through good looks and money.
Oh please...
There's nothing sad about being a virgin... But it is very sad that you seem to objectify women, or think that because you're 'nice' to them then they're somehow obliged to sleep with you (because women are like that, yeah).
*YAWN*
I am glad that there is only 1% of people like that.
Racism, sexism, body fascism... It's all the same tbh.
Superiority complexes, chips on shoulders, hatred, snobbery... Yadda yadda.
Tbh though, associating with 'most the British population' would be a start to understanding them. 'Most' of the British population isn't how you've described.
