    Tbh the dreams weren't too bad they were just bloody weird. And like very real life. Like I thought I remembered my mum telling me she wasn't going to work today but she's at work now so I must have dremt it lol, just feeling bit confused right now for some reason. Total brain fog. Probably down to tiredness.

    We might go to a few of the houses with some of the cards yeah. Just chilling on sofa now.

    I’ve put what I could use to harm myself in the outside bin
    No way will I be fishing that out lol

    @Jellyelephant that's always the way when you're waiting for someone to call. Like as soon as you stop "waiting", they call! Hope the call goes well.

    Well done for putting it in the bin @Shaunie <3 that's really positive.

    My family said I should get an MRI scan to see what’s wrong with my Brain. Lol would that actually work?

    Can we maybe user spoilers for self harm talk? As a few people are struggling with self harm at the moment. Thank you. If not that's fine too I guess

    Swear that’s the worst bit about making cakes 😂 I normally end up eating loads of buttercream whilst I wait 😬

    I would ask if you could move to a more local setting but I know with the waiting lists you are probably just pleased you have finally got access to support. Do let them know if you would prefer to move location though. I am wishing you all the best of luck with it :)

    @Jellyelephant

    How do you feel about a potential ADHD diagnosis? It sounds like you are frustrated that it adds just another label to the list which is understandable. However, labels could also enable you to access support services. Are you aware of support for ADHD?

    One charity I am aware of which you find useful is the ADHD Foundation. If you are interested in exploring it further, you can visit their website at https://adhdfoundation.org.uk/.

    Your cake sounds delicious! You don't fancy sending us some of your cake virtually do you? :p

    @Dandelion

    Yes! I am so proud of you. You are already 25% of the way through your report. What an amazing achievement :3

    Are you able to divide the other three sections by the amount of time you have remaining?

    I mean, could explain a lot but at the same time i find it odd that nobody picked up on it before... but also not so odd cos nobody gave a fuck about me growing up. Most of my life really. its just random to me but i guess i understood what the psychiatrist was saying to me.

    cake for everyone!

    Unfortunately, we know that neurodivergent diagnoses (e.g. ADHD and autism) are often provided later in life.

    Though, I am really sorry to hear you didn't feel cared for growing up. That must be really tough. Do you feel more supported now?

    If it could explain a lot, I would recommend keeping exploring the possibility with them. It doesn't mean you have or haven't got it but exploring it could help you.

    Yay, cake! Thank you :3

    Oh, how many words are left? If you are basing it on sections, that is one tomorrow, one Thursday, and one Friday! That means if you continue to write as much as you have today, you'll have the report complete in no time <3

    @Jellyelephant

    I am sorry to hear you don't feel supported by your family. That must be really tough. Have you tried to talk to them about how you feel or write it down and give it to them?

    We are certainly here for you and will listen to you and support you the whole way through.

    I have just eaten with my family - cottage pie for me! and I plan to spend the rest of the evening watching television :3 What are your plans for this evening?

    @GreenTea

    Oh no, How are you feeling after your nap minus being woken up? :)
