    Did my second test of the day, no chance I be taking paracetamol. At this rate, tommorow I will be taking to college with me, my walfarin and my inr kit and paracetamol 😒😒

    In so much pain ,  don’t want to talk to anyone. Not that anyone around me , family friends seems to understand that :(

    In so much more pain this morning . Stress IBs flare up decide to hit last night and is worse this morning , my throat is in so much pain with my voice nearly gone I need this better by Thursday. Just need a fucking break 😩

    That seems like that may be very painful and I can't really risk damageing my body at the moment 😕

    Thank you for the suggestion. Feeling a bit better now. Gonna stay clear of sandwiches and just stick with pasta and other carbs.

    My technology teacher basically called me an idiot in an email to my parents. She said that I have no chance of doing well in school if my technology grades stay like this. I am great at the writing side but not the designing part.

    Got hardly any sleep, the sleep I did get consisted of short dreams which have just caused my anxiety and mood to go all over the place. I’m so tired and ready for bed already 😴
