    I had a nice holiday in Prague. Got drunk like every night but a good drunk & drank loads of water before bed. But I do feel low now & I think it’s maybe from drinking too much or maybe it’s because I’m back to work tomorrow

    my eating disorder has caused too much drama at work today and I got forced to eat and a basically telling off from store manager

    My arm has swollen up loads in the night. I think it’s infected. Have my hospital appointment today. Bringing a few bits just incase because if my past is to go off by I’ll be admitted for surgery
