    All i can hear is my mum counting on all the doors and all the windows before leaving the house. Like she will touch the door and be counting up to ten but touch it for every number. Its like its nearly 1 30 am. Just leave the house now otherwise never will. She def has OCD and i dont need to be a doctor to know that. shes done the counting since i can remember. Normally i would be asleep to block out all this. But cant sleep. She takes agesssss to leave the house to get to her own home

    People really fuck me off. Like you don't fucking know me. You don't talk to me, you know nothing about me and my story, my mental health, my physical Health, nothing because you never fucking tried, yet you have the bitchyness to sit and post shit about me that's completely incorrect.     Fffsss missed a call from the GP and she left a message saying she’s spoke to the consultant psychiatrist about medication but now got to wait until Tuesday morning to speak to her on the phone

    EMP are doing this thing for black Friday where it's new deals every hour and it's dangerous, didn't realize how quickly things add up, also I now have 4 different parcels coming for me, all ordered in the last 4 hours 😂 postie is gonna love me haha

    No. It only started hurting on Friday night  (thought I just did too much conditioning at gymnastics and rest would help because it usually does help.)

    @Kasa2103 book a doctor appointment and ask for a referral. You are still young, it could just be that you've grown too quickly and the muscles in your leg haven't caught up, causing knee pain as it really pulls on the knee. There is a name for it and it's common in young athletes!
    Definitely worth a doctor visit! They might be able to fix you up so you can carry on with your sports. Don't worry yourself yet. You'll be ok! Doctors know best!

    Make sure you are resting until you have been to the doctor's! Leg elevated helps reduce swelling ;)

    ( I have no cartalidge in my knee so I totally can understand the frustration of knee pain, swelling and having to stop what you love for a while)

    Thanks. The thing about elevation helped when I broke my toe (stopped the pain and made the swelling go down until I could get to urgent care 2 days later.)
