    Lunch: Fish and Chips (oven cooked)

    Dinner: Seasoned Steak, New Potato's, Pea's and Beef gravy.

    I don't usually eat sweet things or desserts so this weekend has been quite indulgent!

    I threw up not long after eating the chocolate pudding and cream. My tummy can't take rich desserts for some reason :eek2: :lol:

    Oh I hate that :( when there is something that tastes really nice but then makes you ill straight afterwards. I get it with pizza hut among other things.

    Well I'm back to eating normally now

    Wholegrain cereals for brekky
    Low fat crisps
    Nectarine
    2 Wholemeal pitta pockets with low fat hummus and lettuce
    Fruit and nut bar
    Low fat yoghurt

    Tonight will be chicken pasanda and rice probably with veggies yummeh yummeh

    So far one yoghurt and some water.

    I really hate being ill :(

    It's only one of those man colds and a gigantic stupid fat ulcer in my mouth but it's really put me off food today.

    Just a quickie, for those who are liking avocados at the minute, they are down from 72p to 40p on Tesco. It's part of their weekly pledge to reduce the cost of fruit and veg, not sure what the changeover day is, but it was on a full pag ad in yesterdays Mirror.

    Thanks for the tip, I stocked up yesterday after reading that :thumb:

    today ive had

    bowl of fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
    packet of ryvita minis
    raspberry jam sandwich made with homemade bread :yum:
    weightwatchers toffee bar

    and for dinner.. ill either go the healthy route and have tuna pasta bake with my sister, OOR go have fish and chips with my other sister and my mate. hmmm...

    Smoothie and hal a bagel for a quick breakfast
    Little pot of home made potato salad and a chocolate alpro soya yogurt for dinner.
    For tea I've just had some scrambled egg whites with mozorella pearls melted in before work :yum:

    I really need to go buy some bread now before I starve. Then I've bought ingredients to make stuffed zuccini tonight! It's going to be tasty, yum yum.

    I wouldn't mind some cock as well to be honest. :p

    Breakfast was frosties
    Lunch was a sausage roll and crisps
    Dinner will be fish and new potatoes.

    Fruit & fibre for breakfast
    Salt & Vinegar Snack-a-Jacks
    Avocado (I appear to be completely hooked on both these last things)
    Tomato & rice soup for lunch
    Quarter of a melon, sliced
    Not sure what's for dinner just yet.
    I'm really trying to be healthy and not eat rubbish but oh my god I'm craving chocolate right now :banghead: Why do I never crave celery or non-fattening things like that?

    I'm craving Ketones, and making a very large dent in the bag of pear drops in my top drawer...

    Shredded wheat bite size and juice for Brekkie
    Minced lamb in flat bread with greek salad (although the cantenn put Brie into the greek salad, which was promptly picked out)
    1 curly wurly and half a bag of pear drops

    I was about to type 6 million cups and fruit tea, but on closer inspection of my empty tea bag packets it's only been 2, just drawn out.

    Toast
    Crisps
    A couple of chunks of cadburys
    A chicken wrap.


    Ate 5 strawberrys and after this spent the night chucking up.


    Today

    Toast
    Wholegrain peach yhogurt
    This rasberry icecream thing
    Chicken and mayo sandwhich
    Teas going to be sausage yorkshires and mash and veg.


    Far far too much shit today :(
