Today I started with 3 oat cakes, smoothie and a chocolate alpro soya mousse thing (:yum:  ).

Dinner was chicken and noodle cup-a-soup with a multiseed bagel for dipping and some cherries for after.

For tea I think I'll have some scrambled egg whites and a jacket potato :chin:

I slept in and had a slice of bread with cheese and an orange for breakfast. I'm now going to be making a booster! I'm a bit gutted though as my parents always nick all the bananas to eat while playing golf. :( They're almost essential for the perfect booster.

Haven't decided what to eat tonight. Two nights ago I made stuffed Zuccini, yum yum! I'm loving that veggie book mom owns, I always thought being a vegetarian meant simple salads every meal. How wrong I was!

Well no one really got round to making dinner last night so when got in from kayaking had:

Fried bacon, fried egg, fried mushrooms and a slice of toast.

This morning is big breakfast day at work so had:

Grilled bacon, poached egg, mass catering mushrooms and hash browns (see the subtle differences with dinner?)

The Breaded Haddock and Peas for lunch, and a packet of Rolos.

This morning in Reims (France) I begun with a double expresso and 2 sugars, smoked some cigs then had a couple of croissants with jam. How boring is that? Give me bacon and eggs sunnyside up on rye any time. Just that.. les Frenchies don't seem to swing it to bacon and eggs.

Lunchtime I had a ham, mozarella and tomato baguette and a beer. I think it tasted like Kronenborg.

Tonight I took my gf Lyra and went and pigged beef brochettes (a kind of skewer job) with frites and some nice fried tomatoes, followed by the most delicious creme brulee ever. A caraffe of local plonk was followed by three coffees and then it started to rain so we went back to the hotel.

Bowl of coco pops, two bottles of water, a coronation chicken and mango chutney baguette, half a quiche and some salad. Oh, and a fun size Twirl, a pint of ale and a glass of wine.

And very nice it was too.

Yesterday I had two fried eggs on two slices of toast, but then the boys nicked one so I had one egg on toast.

Then that was it for the day cos I was poorly.

Today I don't feel a right lot better - right off me food have just had a choc chip cookie for some sugar and some tuna and mayo pasta.

This afternoon I rather pigged it for lunch: Coquilles St. Jacques in a creamy white wine sauce with scallops and prawns for a starter followed by Tartiflette that is similar to gratin dauphinoise but with minced smoked bacon, topped with creamy reblochon fermier that apparently originates from Switzerland. I downed it with a bottle of white Bordeaux, living it up rather but the price was good though the alcohol saw me to sleep for an early siesta during which I snored until swatted by my gf with a rolled up newspaper. :yeees:

I'm thoroughly enjoying a smoothie now! A banana, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, rice milk, plain yoghurt and a bit of dried coconut :yum:

This morning I had oatmeal for breakfast.

Trying to decide what I want for dinner. I'm home alone and have a night shift so it'll be something simple.

You eat spaghetti hoops on toast. I  You.

Today has been pathetic, as usual. I need to get my appetite back.

Have had a few well about 6 chocolate fingers and two apples and tons of water. I'm going to eat something proper tonight though, mabye pasta with tuna and mayo or chicken potatoes and carrots later on.
Saying I have no appetite, my belly's feeling a little hungry now :chin:
