Lacrymosa... again. Took about 3 seconds to work that out.
Yup. Either stay or go. It gets confusing, especially trying to read old threads and half of its gone!
Breakfast - 2 slices toast and marmite, cup of tea
Snack - grapes
Lunch - 4 mini buns with veggie sausage, fried onions, spinach and chutney, some cherry tomatoes and 2 squares of plain chocolate
Tea - is going to be pasta with veggies and tomato sauce, and for pudding chocolate bread and butter pudding
Drinks - 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of peppermint tea and 2 cups of coffee
Am trying to eat healthily and not be a pig. Not doing too bad today, but not amazingly either!
Tonight I am cooking meatballs and tagitelle. I might try and make bruschetta as well to go with it. I have some tomatoes, basil and garlic so I should really.
I've had toast and 2 chicken, cucumber and mayonaise buns.
oo and a peach.
No idea what tea is but I must fit more of my 5 a day in
I just hope this thread doesnt turn into a compertition to eat the least like the last one
I'm off to the shops after work though so something yummy will be had for tea!

Breakfast - homemade bread with honey, 2 cups of coffee, juice
Lunch - homemade bread sandwich with cheese, ham and bbq sauce
Snacks - apple, banana, mars mini roll
Dinner - probably pesto pasta with the broad beans I've got
I do indeed, the best gadget I've ever had. You just chuck the ingredients in and push the button, a few hours later perfect bread.

#Jacket pot with cottage chese and carrots (was chopping the 4 soup)
2 squash lollies
having brown rice with egg and veggies fried in low cal spray 4 tea!
First day back at the summer job and they started the students with the Work Ex kids and gave us a 'working lunch' with a presentation....
Brekkie: Bowl of Cornflakes and milk and large glass breakfast juice.
Morning: Lots glasses water and couple of choccie biscuits (us noisy students had lead the way for the WEx kids)
Lunch: Apple and a Yoghurt and Museli thing
Since then, packet of wine gums a twister and a bowl of cookies and cream.
Aye, that got old pretty fast.

That to me is an eating disorder as well (I would know, I am compulsive binge eater).
But whenever someone posts about eating too little or trying, albeit too hard, they got shot down in flames.
This is not in regards to Stacey, but something I have noticed in general.

Lunch was cup-a-soup with 4 oat biscuits, pink lady apple, snack pack of fruit.
Tea some chicken and a jacket potato.

loads of moroccan chicken rice thing
Anyway, I'm not gonna say what I ate today because it is utter utter shite again.
Fruit and Fibre for breakfast with semi skimmed milk
Chicken breast, asparagus, sweet potato and peas for lunch
Some nuts and seeds and berries as a snack
2 poached eggs on 2 slices of brown toast with olive oil spread for tea.
Lots of water through out the day.
Oh and a bag of buttons that someone lovely bought me
Brekkie:
> 1/4 of a bowl of bran flakes with 150ml of skimmed milk
> Snippets of the toddlers lunches (2 wedges, 1 sausage and about 6 cubes of pineapple)
Lunch:
> Tin of veggie soup
> Walkers bakes crisps
> A WW yogurt
> Alpen Light bar
Snack
> Apple
Dinner
> A chicken burger and small chips from the chipshop
Drinks
> Bit of water
> Diet coke
Snack: Jaffa Cake cake bar
Lunch: Ham Salad baguette
Snack: Cadburys choc mousse, rich tea bikkies and a cuppa
Then had a nap..
Snack: Piece of Quiche Lorraine (needed something quick before my stomach ate itself!)
Tea will be: can of Heinz Big Soup and bread and butter, plus strawberries and icecream
I just think people should stop taking so much notice about what others eat.
..I burnt the bruschetta!! Noooooo

Lunch-salad with a scoop of chilli rice & punnet of strawberries
Didnt have time for tea so i had 2 rice cakes and an apple
after playing football i snacked on some more strawberries, sugar free jelly, another rice cake, some lettuce, a few chips and half a piece of bread.
She didn't exactly do herself any favours so what did she expect

A cheese and branston pickle sandwich on brown bread.
A small slice of cheesecake from the fridge.
For lunch a bowl of Raisin Wheats and I have no idea for tea coz I'm goin to my 1st WW meeting tonight!!
