Should go doctors but I don’t want to
So for a bit now I’ve been having some medical issues that I haven’t told anyone about because the truth is I’m worried after I did the nhs 111 form last week.
Medical problem:
I want to book into the doctors tomorrow but I also don’t
Medical problem:
I can be sat on my bed watching tv and all of a sudden my body heats up rapidly to the point I go so dizzy and nauseous and sometimes can lead to throwing up or passing out
I want to book into the doctors tomorrow but I also don’t

Re: Why is sticking to a routine so hard 😂
hey @Rose113 🙂
i totally get your frustration here - i am the exact same, i am forever making all these plans and literally timetable my life because i literally cannot function if i do not have a strict routine, however, sticking to a routine is also really difficult for me!
something i tried a few years ago which actually really helped me was starting of just having a plan for part of my day eg the morning, then after say a week of it then having a plan for another part of my day too eg the morning and the evening and then after 2-3 weeks i would have had a plan for my full day m, but just introduced it gradually - i found that was helpful as it wasn’t a big and overwhelming change all at once?
i’m proud of you for trying
