Hey everyone, how are you doing?
We are excited to announce that the Staff Team are going to trying out something new for you in March by hosting X2 interactive Workshops for you to come along to.
The first will take place on Friday 20th March (timing tbc) and will be all about Making Connections
- Do you find it anxiety-inducing to make new friends, or talk to new people?
- Are you hoping to build more IRL connections beyond Community?
- We're going to host an interactive workshop via Chatwee where we'll talk together about the ins and outs of making new friends, offering tips and tricks on where to begin.
- Please bring along pen and paper and be ready to get involved in chatting via typing
The second will take place on Saturday 28th March 3:00 - 4:30pm and will be all about Rest and Self-Care
- Do you struggle to relax?
- Every tried to rest, but end up feeling even more tired and de-motivated afterwards?
- This workshop will be a space to think together about psychologist Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith's model of the 7 Types of Rest, and how we can better attune our self-care to our own needs
- We'll also work through an activity together where we will help you identify some of your core values, helping you tailor your self-care plans to the things that really matter to you!
If you'd like to come along, simply show up on Chatwee on the day using our usual Chat links. No prior sign-up required.

this sounds good
I find friendships so hard and challenging
This is great, something I'm struggling and been venting about recently including today, so bit of coincidence, seems like it's common and I'm not alone with it. I appreciate this
