    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    I just saw the first page of genral chat and wow this was made before I even joined in 2022 I believe. i cant believe I found this place later on in life and I kind of wished I found it as a teenager aha. I also was on the BBC page looking at the show I work on and the helplines we use too and TheMix is put down as one. I felt so happy seeing our name on the website. <3

    Yeah the weather is slightly getting not too warmer now :joy: xd. I think its going back to winter weather haha. Im not too bad myself. Also apologies for the late response I've been carried away watching Youtube and looking at books online that I want. <3 How have you been recently?.

    It was okay it just kind of confirmed stuff I already knew but it will be in the NHS system now which I'm pleased about as it should hopefully help with management and stuff

    Im sorry to hear that you had bad news at your appointment. Bad news can also be quite anxiety inducing as well sometimes especially if you have a lot of appointments too. Im always here if you do need someone to talk to <3.

    @lunarcat522 Im also not a fan of having my blood pressure taken either. Do you find that it's the feeling of the machine getting tighter because when it tightens it hurts so bad. Sometimes what I tend to do if I have bloods done is I try to take my mind off the machine. For example, I try to visualise something I like or I also try to think of a place that brings me comfort. I also do this technique for needles too.
