my dad had a phone call with camhs today and they said that they wont refer me through to them (to have an actual assessment) so instead theyve decided to book a meeting with me on monday to have a discussion. im quite annoyed and confused but lets see what happens in five days

One year ago to this day I was in A & E because of my mental health for the first time. I still remember the woman who walked me away from what I was going to do. And my friends family that helped me and took me to A & E.

I spent all day in there waiting for social services to come take me home.

I can't believe this was a year ago.

Relapsed for the first time after a couple months

Dissociation, panic attacks, lack of any energy or motivation, and being perpetually tired (and ill) - feels like my mental health has plummeted badly the last few days and I don't know why. Every day I wake up feeling like the previous day was just a dream, and only happened in my head. I have a TON of work to do yet the only thing I feel like doing is rolling under a blanket and crying

Just came across a GoFundMe page which was made by someone to help raise money for my stepmoms gravestone bc we still haven't got one after almost 2 years bc we can't afford it but it's annoyed me a little bc the description only talks about "three young people" loosing their mum (referring to our step siblings) but she was our mum too...even if it wasn't biologically
