Re: Vaccine side effects suuuuuuuck
Hi @RainbowPenguin , honestly that seems like it would definitely suck - I'm sorry that you've had a bad day, I hope you're taking care of yourself, and I'm really glad to know that you've had some food and aren't throwing up as much anymore. I hope tomorrow It'll be a better day for you
Get as much rest as possible!
Also, if your body feels like it's reacting especially bad than usual, maybe it's worth speaking to a doctor? They might be able to see why there's changes since you were younger or see if maybe you're allergic to any ingredients in the vax you hadn't realised before?

Re: Vaccine side effects suuuuuuuck
Hey @RainbowPenguin, we hear you. It sounds like you've had some non-trivial side effects after getting your jabs, and that you've not been feeling well during it. Most people don't tend to get much of a side effect from jabs, but that doesn't mean that serious ones can't happen. It depends on how your body reacts to the vaccine, and people's bodies vary slightly so reactions can vary somewhat too.
As @MatchaMia mentioned, it's a good idea to stay in touch with your doctor after taking a jab if you get non-trivial side effects, as it's good to monitor these things to see if there's any extra info (e.g. allergies) that you need to be aware of. In the mean time though, please do look after yourself and hope that you feel better soon! It doesn't sound like it'll be a few fun days as you recover, but fingers crossed it's a quicker recovery for you! We're here to listen to you
