Hey guys.
Just wondered if anyone can help me with this? I have completed most, if not all, of the online training courses on the e portal. I have requested the badge a few days ago but still haven't received it. I'm wondering how long it takes for the badge to show up on your profile?
Thank you!

Re: been banned from support chat?
I think you need 5 posts to message someone. Dunno if that applies to the mix though

Re: xanex blackout
@Mike thank you for the links. yes I have shared it with some friends and also my ex. It caused anxiety for months but I managed to get it under control. Unfortunately after this (https://community.themix.org.uk/discussion/3596429/std) happened last year, the feelings seemed to get triggered back..
Re: Young people fighting to end racism
The protest in my city had to be relocated last minute because EDL showed up. The turn out was good, there were speech's from multiple people who gave an insight in some of the equalities they have faced, so was a real eye opener.
It was also nice to see different generations involved. I noticed many young people but also the older generation including elderly at the protest.
It was a protest that needed to happen and I do hope change is coming from jt

Hi @gia9720
Ooh, both choices sound really great! Have you had any experience in mental health settings? Just thinking that could enable you to compare and see which you prefer. If not, could you look at the job roles in more depth and see which you prefer?
Working with people with special educational needs and disabilities can be challenging but it is indeed rewarding. My course is for two years. I am currently in the second half of the last year!
No placement is required but I have previously been in primary, secondary, special educational needs schools and a local college as learning support. Since then, I have been a mentor, advisor, and general support in the charity sector.
Ooh, thank you! I am going to keep an eye out for both of those
