2nd year of college
Hey guys so I do a T Level at my college so my course lasts 2 years. Basically for those who don’t know, T level is the equivalent of 3 A levels but it’s all one subject.
My college is introducing a lot of changes to the new year. I have autism (alongside adhd, anxiety and depression). As you can imagine, all these changes are making me really anxious.
Any advice? I’d love hear anything at this point
PS: I have a meeting with college on Thursday but it’s possible more changes will be talked about then as well

Hello
Hello there,
I'm M, a 23-year-old woman from Devon. I've suffered from mental health issues for a long time (OCD and dissociation among other things). I don't feel 23, I often feel like I can't believe how much time has passed since I was a teenager and how I seem like I'm still in the same place, not in education/employment and emotionally dependent on my family. I don't have many friends, if any, who I feel properly close to. I feel like a fraud with other young people, as if once they get to know me they'll realise I'm immature and incompetent. I have good days and bad days, but overall I feel pretty stuck. After many years of talking therapy, I've just started seeing an EMDR therapist in the hope that might help me move out of this frozen state.
Thought it might be worth signing up to potentially help the feelings of loneliness I have on a regular basis! Nice to meet you all

August achievements!
Hi everyone! How has August been for you? I can't believe it's almost September!
As I've been doing each month, it would be nice to hear your answers to the question: what have you done this month that made you proud? Every achievement counts - you are entitled to feeling proud of yourselves, no matter how big or small the achievement is!
Here are my achievements:
- I've completed my first digital artwork! Usually, I'd give up because I find digital art quite difficult and so I end up feeling unhappy with the way my art looks on there. I'm grateful that I didn't give up this time!
- I'm really happy with the progress I've been making with my driving lessons! I'm finally able to drive on the main road
- I'm glad that I reached out for some help from my placement supervisor and the other placement student who I'll be working with ^^ I was scared and hesitant at first as I thought it wasn't the decision that was expected of me (my placement supervisor values independence). But I realised that it's better to be meticulous when carrying out my job instead of just carrying it out carelessly!
Well done everyone for getting through August! I'm really looking forward to hearing everyone's achievements this month!
