@River nothing I say will make any difference, but I bet you've been the best hamster parent a hamster could ever wish for, and he's grateful to you. Just try and comfort him if you can, until you see the vets and find out what they advise. You've been a ray of kindness in his life he hasn't had before, and you made him happy. Focus on keeping the little fella happy for now, and wait until the vet's judgement, whatever it might be. There's every chance he might be saveable. Just wait until the vet says what they think, and you can see what options exist from there.

I know he’s just a hamster and I have others but I spent everyday training him to trust me as I don’t think hands were very gentle before he came to me I’d peel and hand feed him treats that he loved, I’d hold his bottle whilst he drank

I don’t know what to do, he looks so poorly but if I take him to the vets and they put him down when he is just having maybe got a bug or something however he’s had this for a few times and this time his hair is falling out, he’s so shaky and has a lump or a spot on his back he’s also loosing fur around his eyes 😭
