Childline. I was 18 when I found the childline website so I looked at the stuff they had on where to go when you’re too old for their service.
work experience
yes, im making another post on here in the space of a few minutes. so during our first year we have to complete 35 hours of mandatory work experience in the business sector. so it could be anything related to business like marketing or finance. and obviously since i want to do a chartered manager degree apprenticeship i have to focus around the finance side of things. so i sent in eight companies to the work experience adviser that im hoping to do work experience in and shes going to contact them for me to see if i can do work experience during the october half term. we're supposed to do it around february time however i can do it in the october half term. im planning to do it earlier since i want to relax on that week that most other people are doing work experience. and i say most because those with part-time jobs can just sign off their work experience straight away if its related to business. so theyre lucky. anyways i hope i can get work experience for one of these companies.

i had chatgpt do my homework for me and i believe that it was due today so i did it last minute. i know i shouldnt really be doing this but i honestly cant be asked to do any pieces of homework.

Im overwhelmed again, I was contacted about a job but it was cleaning which I dont want to and now im stressing and overwhelmed because I didnt take it but I don't want to do cleaning its stressing me out. Life's so overwhelming

I can’t remember a time when I haven’t been lonely 😂
But yeah, university is a lonely time for me. I spend so much time alone, can’t talk to people, and then at the end of the day I go back to… nobody. At least with school I could come home and chatter away to my family all evening. But I know not everyone has that.
Selective mutism is incredibly lonely.
But it’s not all bad, I’ve come across some lovely people and spaces like here where I can communicate and get that connection I can’t have irl. It doesn’t quite help with loneliness as much as real face to face conversation but it’s something.
Trying to accept that I will always be lonely isnt an easy one though. I just try not to think about it.
