Re: anxious about tomorrow
It sounds like you’re carrying a lot of weight right now, feeling nervous about sharing everything with your psychologist and also worrying about returning to school after the half term break. It's completely understandable to feel this way—sometimes it can be really difficult to open up about everything, especially when it feels like a lot or when you're unsure of how it might be received. But it’s so brave of you to even consider sharing these things with your psychologist, as it shows you're looking for support, even if it feels hard. And the idea of returning to school after time away can bring up a lot of anxiety, too, especially with all the emotions and stress you’ve been holding. You’re not alone in feeling like this—it’s okay to take things one step at a time and to ask for help when you need it. You’re doing the best you can, and that’s enough.

Re: Caregiver to a little (age regression) (TW)
Hey @Rose113 just hopping in to say I agree with what's being said here. Boundaries sound like a really important next step. The care you have for others really is so genuine and kind, but I hear you've been neglecting yourself a lot lately. It's so important your needs are being met too, and that you have the time and energy to meet them. You've already taken the first step in identifying that something needs to change here - that's really powerful
You also mentioned that she's in a different country - is that right? I'm wondering how the logistics and the distance between you and your friend is affecting you Rose? It can feel quite draining to be supporting someone when we feel unsupported ourselves, and I can imagine that being in different countries can have an even bigger impact.
You're doing so well opening up to us and identifying something needs to change here to look after your own wellbeing

I hear that you'd ideally like the load to be shared. Is there anyone you could speak to about this who could support you to do this? I hear the staff at the youth shelter are really nice and you have been trying to get her professional help. Do you feel comfortable sharing what steps you've taken already to reach out to others?Next in the situation I’m not sure maybe for the load to be shared like I’m glad she trusts me enough to rely on me but I also also hate it because it’s so hard to keep up 🙁

Heartstopper Watchparty!!!
Hey everyone,
Hope you're having a good weekend!
Thanks to everyone who showed interest in the Heartstopper watch party! Unfortunately, not many people could make it this time. But I know a lot of you were keen, so we're going to rearrange it for another time next week so more of you can come along!
Here is the poll for the next one- https://strawpoll.com/kjn1D2qmjyQ
Just a friendly reminder that this space is primarily for coming together to enjoy the show. It's not a support group or general chat. Also, for this particular Heartstopper watch party, you will need access to Netflix, as that's the only platform where it's currently available.
We understand that not everyone has access to every streaming service, so for future watch parties, we always try our best to stick to TV providers where you don't need a separate login. We want to make sure everyone has a chance to participate!
I'll keep you posted on the new date and time. Can't wait to see you all there!
In the meanwhile, listen to our latest podcast episode with Leila Khan here- https://open.spotify.com/episode/2hJhuutjVTI5XXhqhS8PjN?si=e4a5b8e5b3594504
And read up on how much Heartstopper means to our wider community-

Seeing her today
Sooo I’m going back to my hometown and seeing my birth mum and I know of one of my brothers going but not sure about the others. It’s safe to say I’m petrified but yeah 🥲 either it’ll go well or it’ll go crap 🤧

Re: Support
There’s not really anyone
I have a personal trainer
I ask about food, he helps me. Increasing my calories
I get anxiety
I met a youth group moderator man cried to him
That was something I guess
A drunk lady on the bus started talking to me then I cried
