(and if you're still feeling the effects of the panic attack) - try take a moment for yourself, just focusing on deep breaths and trying to ground yourself into your surroundings and where you are, maybe even try and focus on the things around you.

@AnonymousToe i agree, i really need some trainers for uni too. My feet are aching from walking around in uncomfortable trainers. I am a size 8 though, so every pair of shoes i buy just look bad on me.

im to scared to tell dad just in case he calls me crazy again. thats put me in a bad mood bc i walked in the house and get shit from him. trying to keep my positive mood bc i was so happy that im getting help.
