Re: Anybody want to vent or chat about anything? (Triggering stuff edition) w/c 01.12.25
Kooth called an ambulance because CMHT refused to contact them back, the ambulance contacted CMHT and the coordinator was rude she immediately said I’m reporting this. Somewhat glad to know it’s not just me thinking these people are rude to me. I’m going through such a rough period none of my coping skills are working. My social services referral has been escalated as a safeguarding concern due to my risk.
hey @Jack25 . hru today?

Re: What Support Do You Want To See On Saturdays?
i think a support thread would be more beneficial and helpful for many ppl here on the mix. also having reminders before and on the day of the film day bc then ppl might be able to join more. bc i would love to join but i forget 🥲

Re: Can't take it.
I am safe, sorry I just don't really feel capable of talking right now. I'm just a mess

Its totally okay not to have made any achievements this month. Sometimes simply just being here and in the present moment is an achievement in itself especially in a busy world. I am aware that you are going through so so much right now and I'm glad you opened up on here too about it too. I'm sending you good vibes right now and I'm always here if you need someone to talk to.

If the gloomy weather is getting you down, why not lift your spirits with a meaningul conversation? Sometimes a good chat is a great mood booster.

Re: Getting into the festive Spirit 🎄
I agree with @sinead276 in that I prefer christmas to be more low-key, it feels less stressful that way. However the best part of christmas for me is actually the week before when I get to wrap the presents for my parents with my favourite music in the background - wrapping presents makes me really happy lol, and I love giving presents just as much as receiving them.

Hey @Amy22 love this post!
a hot chocolate and christmas movies sounds so cosy! Food is the best part, I'd say mine is the time, I'm wondering what christmas film to watch this year, any recomendations?
@Lottie5433 I completely understand that it can feel overwhelming when things are busy and different from your usual routine. Just take one step at a time and remember it's okay to carve out little moments for yourself, even if it's just a quiet cup of tea or just a moment to reflect, despite all the chaos!

Re: November 2025 achievements!
Hey @Animalloverb , thank you for your openness. It sounds like this past month has been tough, and I wonder how it's left you feeling? I'm noticing you posting here and on other threads too, and I wonder what it might be like to view that as an achievement too - opening up about your feelings and letting your Community know where you're at. It can take so much courage to do that. Sending lots of care your way, @Animalloverb
