Re: I wrote a song about the mix
@Chloe234 - i think this is really good. you've got a talent for it. I know for sure I couldn't write something as well as this (although my creative abilities are minimal 😂).
Honestly, its really good - you should be proud

Re: Happiness
I haven't read the article but I don't think it's true. There is research that suggests that affirmations and generally believing in yourself and thinking positively can help with emotional wellbeing. Of course, thinking positively won't fix all of life's problems and there may be some times in life where we think positively and take chances only to find out that it doesn't work out. But that doesn't mean that affirmations don't help at all. It can definitely help us to feel better though!

Re: tw//: domestic violence. self harm.
first of all i'm super proud for you being brave and telling your dad about the situation - you absolutely did what you thought was the right thing, and none of this situation is your fault. you haven't done anything wrong.
it could be the case that he is in shock, as i can't imagine its easy to hear your child has gone through this - so maybe he needs a bit of time to just process it himself first. (a possibility but i couldn't say for sure)
either way, well done you for being brave and speaking up to him. and we are all extremely proud of you and are here for you however we can be - you are absolutely not alone in this like Matthew said.
Sending you a big hug

I bet that its a very big milestone and big thing for you to be going back to mainstream school. I hope eveything goes well for you during time and remember to be kind to yourself in the process of it all. Also Im super proud of you for getting that certificate of confidence, I think thats really amazing!.

Re: Feeling lost in life
@Meowmew2024 - Just wanted to echo what @JJLemon18 has said and remember to explore what you care about - something incredible could come from it.
As hard as it can be to not compare yourself to the people around you, at the end of the day we are all on our own journeys and things happen at different paces for everyone. I know people who I went to school with who feel miles ahead in life, but at the end of the day, my journey and path is happening the way it is.
Just don't give up and remember you are definitely not alone in how you feel
Sending hugs
