the talk of pizzas has just reminded me of my love for garlic bread (particularly the ones that are like pizza garlic breads - if that makes sense)

Re: Funny answers only (mix addition)
The cutest leaving gift from the team sums up my story here perfectly. Here's my new penguin that I'll be taking care of every day! Any name ideas?
Awww they are so cute!!! I think you should name it Aoife junior maybe 😂 it could be a mini you.

Re: I need an option TW eating disorder
More than happy to share a bit more about the support the organisation Beat offers @Lucy307
Firstly they have a helpline which is open from 3pm– 8pm, Monday to Friday and you can call them on 0808 801 0677. When you contact their Helpline, you will speak to a trained helpline advisor.
They also have a web-chat option available where you can talk one-to-one with a helpline advisor. Their web-chat is available Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 8pm, and you can access it from this page on their website - https://www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/get-information-and-support/get-help-for-myself/i-need-support-now/one-to-one-web-chat
They also have an email service available and you can contact them by emailing help@beateatingdisorders.org.uk. They reply back to emails from Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 8pm.
They also have a range of online support groups where you can text-chat with others going through similar experiences. There are different types of support groups available depending on the support you're looking for and you can find the schedule over on their website here - https://www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/get-information-and-support/get-help-for-myself/i-need-support-now/online-support-groups/
As well as the support services, they also offer lots of information and articles on their website to help you learn about different types of eating disorders or even read some recovery stories from other people. You can find all of this information here - https://www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/get-information-and-support/
I hope this is helpful! Keep us updated with how you get on

Re: ANSWER POLL BEFORE REVEALING SPOILER!
I find these are super fun reading and the twist at the end is so so interesting. You really have a great way with words
. I chose lavender but didn't expect that ending

Re: I've been feeling so overwhelmed
I agree with Lucy above, it’s always ok to post here. The process is overwhelming and it’s no surprise it’s making you feel so down. I always think what’s meant to be will be, and everything happens for a reason. Something will come up that’s perfect for you, although I know that wait is tough.
Re: I've been feeling so overwhelmed
Don’t apologize, using your outlet choice is healthy, it stops things building and bursting later. I’m so glad we are your source of advice and confidence and will always help where we can even if it’s every day. I was self conscious about posting so much too a few days ago but so many lovely people made me realize that that is what this page is for and there is no judgment at all. By all means post every day if it is helping you get things out because we would much rather you ask for help every day than suffer alone in silence.
