Ahhh, okay adding 'Crisp morning walk' to my list now, and hot chocolate too. There's actually a cute little caravan in the park near me that does the best hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows. Maybe I should go get one of those!

Hey @TheNightmare. We can hear how you recognise the importance for hygiene but it requires motivation and energy.
Sometimes I think planning for it can be helpful or timing it for when less demands are required. It means I have more of the energy required.

That's understandable why you think that @Rose113. Families can be complicated and if you feel like this is an easier way of going about it that's completely okay, especially when its so fresh and new still. With time and getting to know your biological mum a bit more, you can decide whether you want to make them aware of the situation. It's completely up to you.

I can hear the conflicting feelings @Rose113. Your feelings and thoughts are valid here. As you said, now you are 18, you should have a sense of control as well. Do you feel able to talk to them about wanting to do this?
