    did a mini food shop today and helped a elderly man bc he fell over i stayed with him til the ambulance came and called the ambulance which was scary bc i never done it before ( not ambulance anyway ). i stayed with him bc it was rly cold and i care abt the elderly generation bc theyre so frail and they’re rly sweet to. thats my day so far 🥲

    yesterday i finished the day of with doing skin care and i then had something to eat which is all positive. hopefully today is a positive day 🤞🏼

    ive done a few things today ( huge one to!)

    spoke to the mh nurse today abt how the last week has been etc. shes taking me to mcdonalds next week but she said she was rly proud of me bc i have fought urges by myself and she is going to email my psychiatrist and tell him how well ive done ( not mentioning the triggering part!) and that she said im one step closer to getting my antipsychotic meds back! ( huge win)

    i fought a rly hard urge tonight and i managed to fight it and not harm myself ( huge win to)!

    went for a long walk today to and managed to find strength to keep going!

    and now im resting ready for my mri tmr 😅

    @eylah , I love so much that you've gone out and done these activities even if alone <3 That such a loving thing to do for yourself, even while it's hard. Thank you for sharing these pictures!! That teddy bear is seriously impressive and I want one for our garden now haha
