    It feels really powerful that despite such a hard day you we're able to make dinner for yourself and also to resist that urge to self-harm. That can feel extreamly hard when we're overwhelmed or struggling, so I really want to acknowledge the intention and efforts that might have taken to keep yourself safe and take care of yourself intsead by doing your hair and eating something nice. What a beautiful way you give your body the care it deserves <3

    @Sian321 ive been rly struggling this week with suicide attempts etc everything got rly overwhelming last night but i didnt hurt myself at all. dw ive been hospital due to these attempts but everything is just overwhelming rn but im trying my best thankyou so much ❤️ im safe 😊
    i feel better after having a sleep and now going to make more pasta bc im obsessed with pasta 😂

    Sending you the biggest hug, @eylah. It can be so hard encouraging ourselves to do something even when it is scary, and you know what, that's the definition of 'bravery'! - to 'feel the fear, and do it anyway' <3 I feel similiarly sometimes attending social gatherings. Let us know how the trip goes, and we're here when you get back too :3

    got to go back to the hospital today to get my injury re dressed but im scared bc i have to get 2 buses 😅 but its gonna be a big positive if i can do it bc i never like public transport. ah
