when i feel like ive done something to make my recovery better i will comment. i have negative stuff atm in my life and i need this. i will have bad days but im wanting progress in making my life a life worth living <3. bc i deserve to live and enjoy life :). so feel free to follow me on my journey in making my life. better bc this thread is for that. positivity <3.

    i did go beach with my friend but i fell over in the sand. was very funny rolling around :lol: in process of that now got swollen knee :lol: . but finally went out and enjoyed myself. i been not gd rn bc of my mum so its been amazing :).

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    That’s great you have wonderful insight and resilience.
    Just please know that you have every right to be alive and be happy. Remember that and don’t let these people get you down. Do whatever you want with your life as long as you’re not harming anyone else or yourself. Just make sure you’re happy.
