    i went to the hospital to get my sh redressed. they gave me gas & air was thankful for that. have to go back tuesday :expressionless: . positive bc i did self care by going back to the hospital. :)

    just had phone call saying speaking to psychiatrist september 5th face to face. omg im crying so happy :).
