    this is hard part abt recovery is you have huge set backs. was in hospital but im out now and my health is recovering ❤️‍🩹. but im doin my best but itx hard. <3 being in crisis causes me to do things i never want to do but its apart of recovery. got my psychiatrist appt next week but feeling positive abt my recovery. ❤️‍🩹

    im just taking it each day as it comes bc im not expecting me to do amazing every day. just gonna try get some lovely sleep i rly need. this is helping me sm bc i can look back and see my progress each day. <3
