    Im so glad you are getting support from the eating disorder team, reading through this thread it is clear you are making lots of positive steps in your recovery and hopefully this will add to this. you should be proud of yourself eylah!!

    Im really glad to hear its helping you! i think its very easy for our minds to focus on the negatives its easy to forget the many positives happing day to day, however by writing in this tread its highlighting the positives and progress- well done! <3

    hi @eylah, sorry to hear you've been struggling. Bad days can be really hard and especially when things have been positive but they are often a part of the journey and recovery has its ups and downs, the important thing is your able to recognise this! don't put down your achievements as brushing your hair is still an amazing achievement when your struggle as it can be really difficult to be motivated to do basic self care. im proud if you for doing so today, be kind to yourself! <3
