    Very true @FordRanger im just asking to be up for half the night by doing that!! But I guess in your situation @Libby_ you’re still able to get some rest thank god <3 do you find the sleeping meds good ? Also I love crochet too @Amy22 show us some of it if you’d like !!

    That’s so scary @Libby_ :( I’ve heard that sleep terrors are especially exhausting and stressful kind of like sleep paralysis !

    Oh that’s horrendous @Libby_ that’s like you can’t even get one night’s sleep to be able to feel well rested. Is there ever a time where sleep is more relaxed?

    I find that with my adhd ingredients more energy in the night than I do in the day which I find kinda odd sometimes.

    Ah yeah totally u think I'm a night owl like I get a lot of productivity during the night which is why I do a lot of creative stuff
