@Shaunie I'm really pleased you're being discharged, and that they're not just pushing you out with no support afterwards! Are the crisis team going to stay in contact with you for a while after being discharged do you know?

So yeah I was discharged from the ward yesterday and I am weirdly feeling a lot better since the stay. I mean it was boring no one really spoke to me unless to tell me to take my meds or lunch and one ward round lol. but I think it gave me time to calm down and reflect.

I’m going to try to get back to work tomorrow
Saw crisis team today. Was okay

    Hi @Shaunie

I am really glad to hear things are looking up for you now. Do you have more social interaction and support now you are home?

I am glad to hear that although you had minimal social interaction, it gave you the time you needed to calm down and reflect.

If this is something that helps you, I would encourage you to try and keep time in your routine for calming down and reflecting.

I am also glad to hear that seeing the crisis team went okay for you today :3

Really glad to hear that you're feeling a lot better @Shaunie I hope that continues and you're able to go back to work like you hope. :) I hope you're able to enjoy yourself today since I know how important it is to focus on the good things when you can. <3

    Thanks guys

I have an appointment for MBT to discuss if I’m stable enough for it on Monday which is quick considering I haven’t done the forms they sent to me lol.
And yeah my discharge date for the crisis team keeps changing. I’m very grateful to be under them but yeah nothing to speak about anymore. Will probably be discharged on the 11th. They normally work with people for 3-7 days but been over 3 weeks so gunna be discharged soon if not the 11th

@Shaunie I'm so pleased they're being so proactive and trying to give you the support you deserve sooner rather than later! I think it's also really wonderful to read that they're not just abandoning you, and actually making sure you have the support in place that you need. I know how often people are just left with no support, so this is really great to read. How are you feeling?

    Hi @Shaunie

Thanks for responding to us and providing us with an update on your situation. It is always great to know where you are at.

I am just wondering how you are feeling about the MBT appointment? It seems very fast-moving. It is of course a good sign if that is what you are wanting.

Your main frustration at the moment seems to be with the crisis team keep changing the discharge date. I am really sorry to hear about this. It helps to know what is going on and when.

Though I think it is really important that the crisis team continue to support you until you (a) want to be discharged and (b) are ready for discharge.

I am glad they are continuing to support you until you are feeling more ready.

If we can do anything to help you further, please don't hesitate to let us know :3
