    Thank you! Yeah I mean I wouldn’t have the surgery today. They are specialist in it so can’t help but can only communicate to the specialist. Can’t even let me go yet because they don’t even know what dressing to put on it as not specialist and waiting to hear back. I mean come on. It’s a common injury how can you not know what to put on it.

    What happened last time was they took pictures sent them to specialist and dressed it and I went home and had the appointment the next day in Essex and the. The surgery the next day. The surgery was only soon quick cause it was infected. I am hoping I won’t need surgery until after Christmas. So I am not going to tell my family anything. And that if I do get an appointment in Essex I can just say it’s a check up of my other surgery and will tell them after Christmas if needs surgery.

    The crisis team gave me clonazepam earlier. Bit scared to try it. Anyone tried it?

    Oh no. They have made me an appointment with Essex as outpatients on Christmas Eve. What if it gets infected by then and they admit me like last time. I ain’t doing that one Christmas Day. I love Christmas day

    Try and keep it dry and clean to reduce the risk of infection.

    Please have it seen if you are not sure or it does start to look like an infection.

    I’ve self harmed this badly before. So I still need to see someone about the surgery every now and again. For some therapy on it. So I’ve told my family it for a check up and only jusy been told it’s on Christmas Eve. They haven’t questioned it and my sister is taking me. If they say I need surgery Cause it doesn’t hurt like last time so it’s not infected. then I’ll tell them after Christmas. Will need surgery even if not infected but yeah wouldn’t need to be ASAP

    Hi @Shaunie. How have things been lately? I am pleased you are looking at seeking support. I am sure your family loves you and everyone here is wishing for your recovery. You are a very brave and special person. When things get difficult it can certainly feel as though the world is against you, especially since you have a lot going on lately at work and with your family.
