I'm aware there's a thread like this already but can't seem to find it lol, but needed to share this photo... trust me, nothing is more relaxing than stocking up on some vitamin D on the boat with a cold beer at hand  ;)  What does everyone else do to relax?...

    They're lovely roasted at Christmas time if only we could bag one. :tongue:


    Nothing beats a fine French boulangerie and the one in Reims earlier this year was outstanding. When it comes to producing the most stylish, mouthwatering, beautifully made cakes and little tarts, these French artisan bakers put to shame all the others.





    Nearer to home I had this one evening at our local restaurant and after some experimenting discovered how it's made. I have the recipe if anyone wants it.

    Grilled goats cheese and apple balsamic salad. It's delicious and can be enjoyed by vegetarians, too.

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    Also went on the falkirk wheel! I can now say I have done something the queen hasn't  =)  apparently she opened it but it was too dangerous for her to go on haha
