That's amazing!! Congratulations!!!
I've been anti-depressant free for 4 weeks now I was on these particular ones (effexor) for 4 years
I'm proud of myself because i've read they are the bitchiest bitchy ones to withdraw from. If anyone wants my method, PM me
Thanks Piccolo.
I always feel ill mental health seems to come and go in phases, i'm doing really well right now but i know it can easily be the other direction. I don't know if this is a good thing to think but it's certainly true for me that my ill mental health is a long term thing and i manage it as such, i try my hardest to minimize un-needed stresses and arm myself with a attack force of coping techniques for when things get too much- i'm not saying i'm always successful, but i try and update my weaponry constantly so i will be ready when/if illness strikes again.
It went quite well
Good good good, I like to see a happy Franki!
well done *hug*
good work girlie, i hope it has made you feel a little bit better
Well done
You can only blame your problems on the world for so long, before it all becomes the same old song!
Although I'm not really looking forward to having my eye muscles snipped.

Excuse me, I need to be smug for a while.
