    Hello

Just wanted to unearth this thread after something I saw today reminded me of it.

The Mental Health Foundation tweeted this today and it's a list of 10 ways to look after your mental health and wellbeing - some of it seems like common sense but often we forget about doing a lot of these things when we're feeling low.

Anyway here's the link, hope it's useful: http://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/help-information/10-ways-to-look-after-your-mental-health/

    :)

I've got back into going to the gym - and with that remembered how amazing a really really good nights sleep feels. Also remembered how wonderful my duvet feels when I go to bed with dead muscles.

I bought a swimming costume as motivation to stop self harming long enough to go swimming. I'm going to try and let current scars go down a bit, and then *hopefully* be able to go for a swim in a couple of months :D Haven't been for yeaaars!

Along soak in the bath and getting rid of junk in my flat. Its like starting over again, like my flat is new. Such a great feeling.
Also setting goals for myself to follow my ambitions. Something to hold on to

After not going to the group or therapy since a week before the Christmas break, and called my 'Psychologist' and told him the worries I had, and he was able to support me in getting there, and attending the group. So, today, I attended the group and went to therapy, which has really helped!

    Resurrected this thread.

Um, no. Arctic and I went for our first post-injury run and both have more fitness than we thought.
