Um, no. Arctic and I went for our first post-injury run and both have more fitness than we thought.

Got an assessment on the 30th ready for counselling. Ready and willing to give it a go to hope it helps with my mental health

Went for a run without the moral support of Arctic. Was tougher to stick at it alone and I didn't do so well, but I've downloaded what looks like a good training app.

After refusing to go to Neuro testing last time, I was given another chance after the Psychiatric had still denied it, so, then my therapist key worker worked really hard on getting me a place to get Neuro tested and my last few assessments our on Friday, then finished :D Never thought I would get through these Fridays :P

Instead of staying in bed, I went for a drive and had a scone by the beach.

This is just recent. In fact, it was just a week ago. I decided not to get so easily passed ne more. Nor would I screw around and act like everything is a joke, esp at work. I actually found myself acting on my decision consistently for the past several days, most I've ever done in my life.

I went for a long walk with Piccolo. Also, we're going to start walking into town instead of driving.

Rejoined the gym...with a sensible approach and a reasonable goal in mind...just need to find the motivation to get my bum there a bit more often. Also taken to going for a walk on my days off whilst the weather is dry and im not inundated with uni work!

I went to the GUM clinic and although I was nervous about getting a doctor who I knew - it happened and she was really nice about it.

Out of desperation, I finally got the courage to email a therapy/counseling place last night. Somebody emailed me back today so I've made an appointment Monday. I'm terrified, but I think the hardest part is over and hopefully some good things will come of it.

I gave a guy my number today - he hasn't called but heck it made me feel good for all of 2 hours. It's better than feeling like no one will come near me because I walk with a stick/use a wheelchair
