    Hey Shaunie,

It's amazing and such a brave step that you took to be able to speak about some more things in your last counselling session, its sometimes so difficult but you were strong enough to make that move so well done!

How are you feeling today?  <3

    Hey Shaunie,

Sounds like counselling went a lot better this week and really proud of you for opening up a bit more, I know how difficult that is so well done <3

But really sorry to hear you were feeling bad and hurt yourself yesterday :( how are you feeling today?

    Hey Shaunie!

It's positive that counselling went well and that you are able to open up more about some things, really well done!  <3

It's totally okay to feel sad when the counselling sessions come to an end, sometimes it can be scary thinking about what may happen afterwards, how we may cope and other worries. Is there anything that you are specifically struggling with about the sessions ending?  :)

    Take care  <3
