You are certainly a Master community member!
Thanks so much for helping people
Revision is important and that kind of productivity can make us feel great but it is also important to make sure you are resting
If you can't sleep, could you listen to relaxing music or watch a favourite film?
Just make sure your usual sleep hours are spent on taking care of yourself!
Netflix sounds like a great plan
The revision is not so much unless you are under tight deadlines.
The revision can come when you would usually timetable it in from!
I understand that sometimes we feel we need to work around the clock for the best grades. This is especially the case when we are approaching deadlines/exams.
However, sleep, exercise, rest, and a balanced diet are also important in enabling us to perform at our best and retain information too.
How is your revision going for you?
I am really glad to hear revision is going well for you
UpLearn sounds like a fabulous study resource! Thanks for sharing it with us
Talking to yourself can be helpful. I also find writing my thoughts down on paper helps me!
This is especially the case if I can also answer my own thoughts when I have a clear head
Just make sure you are talking positively to yourself and being kind and patient with yourself
I am sorry to hear you have been struggling. If there's anything you would like to talk to us about, we are all ears and we care about you
It is great to hear you have been looking after yourself and you have done the things which make you feel better
Thank you for sharing @Brookee . It can be really tough to find the motivation to work out, especially at this time of the year. How are you feeling today?
There’s a great article on The Mix called “Can exercise beat anxiety and depression?” with lots of handy tips on how exercise can help your mental health.
Here's the link: https://themix.org.uk/mental-health/mental-health-treatments/can-exercise-beat-anxiety-and-depression-5832.html
Let us know how you’re doing and if you have any tips to share for an exercise routine, we’re here for you 😊.
Thank you for the link to the article! I will definitely give that a read!
I recently invested in an exercise app called Tone and Sculpt and it’s so empowering and sorts out all the workouts for you and has meal options, 5 different trainers with different styles and a lovely supportive community so that’s been such an amazing help in keeping me motivated to work out! But I also find getting out for a walk, even just 10 minutes is so refreshing and energising, particularly at this time of year when there’s little light!
I hope you’re doing really well too Harry! Sending you love
I am glad to hear you have managed to access some support
Instead of letting a broken laptop ruin my day, I showered to feel better and then thought about potential solutions!
