     I really need to stop self harming this way. It gives me a massive headache and soo much pain for atleast 24 hours after 😭

    I’m feeling really bad. 

    My sister wanted me to go round hers today. (I know against lockdown. But mental health is important too)

    I cancelled because I’m so self conscious 

    my self harm smells so bad and I feel like even other people can smell weird smell on me 😭😭😭😭😭

    as probably already know from my main problem I really conscious of that sort of thing

    Just because I’m not actively crying for help by being in hospital all the time. Don’t mean I’m not struggling rn 

    some things I do could send me to hospital but I’m past caring about myself

    This is going to sound really bad. So I hope this doesn’t offend anyone

    but to stop my self harming I sometimes type into google “self harm scars” and it puts me off for a bit longer 
    not that I’m saying scars are horrible. It’s our bodies we have to live with.  I just don’t want to harm myself more.

    When you think you’re on top of your antidepressants but then find over a weeks worth... defo missed a few days

     might explain this headache forgot it last night

    For anyone who had antibiotics for self harm or wound


    do they only give it if the self harm is infected 
    didn’t mention infection but said needs antibiotics. Would it be so it heals better or because it’s infected and I just can’t tell?

    Antibiotics can be given for infection or if something is at risk of becoming infected. So they may have given it either because it is infected or as a precaution to stop it becoming infected if they think it is likely to. If that makes sense. If you’re unsure you could always speak to your doctor about it x


    The steps you take don’t need to be big, they just need to take you in the right direction.

    Antibiotics can be given for infection or if something is at risk of becoming infected.
