    i just started doing a diary to monitor how much i clean. my counsellor suggested it, this was only the second day. i overclean just incase you were wondering why. and nothing planned at all, verything kinda gone to scrap of what we had planned with what happened today. how about you

    yeah thats what my consellor thinks anyway, im not so sure! i clean cause i feel dirty! its going ok, although quite shocking seeing it wrote down how much i actually do clean! im not sure, i think i will try come to more chats but still nervous about going on and meeting loads of new people! also depends if im able to log on for drinking or ot, so we will see.

    That's okay though :) cleaning is a good way to cope.

    Try not to be too nervous :) everyone in the chats are lovely and very welcoming, especially the mods. There are lots of new people coming in recently so you're not alone.
