    Didn't know whether to post this in the hug thread or here, but was really struggling tonight and my friend dragged me out to a charity pub quiz as a distraction and it worked! Instead of acting on my urges I had a good night and helped raise over £340! :hyper: we came 3rd :)

    Just walked to the end of my local beach and back with a few other people for charity. It was soo nice to walk in the dark along the beach listening to the waves. I only did one lap (about 5 miles) but the main person is walking for 24 hours non stop which is amazing. It felt good to be doing something to raise money that Will help others :)

    Well, this may sound mundane, but this morning we saw hundreds of starlings murmurating in swoops an bows across our frosty sky and when they passed overhead were screeching and chirping so merrily that I reckon they were having a party. It was a beautiful sight, as normally they flock at dusk.

    Can't believe it's been 4 years today since i started working at the hotel... also want to say a massive 'fuck you' to the psychiatrist that told me cause of my diagnoses I would never be able to keep a job, anyone know where he is? :p :hyper:
