    Heh - I ended up sleeping for 24 hours after that session! ;)

    Lipsy, my ankle isn't broken (thank fook!), just badly sprained and sore haha. Last time I climb a big fence to play with the doggie :lol:

    I guess I'm kinda the opposite. I'm a 35 y.o. guy, inexperienced and I've yet to sleep with anyone. I hope you don't mind me saying but you must be like really experienced - a bit of a sexpert maybe.;)

    To tell you the truth, you learn more when you're in a long term relationship. And the notches are usually knocked up after a relationship has failed!
    I haven't slept with anyone new now for well over a year and a half, it was fun when I was younger but now meaningless sex does nothing for me but leave me empty.

    I'm not sure if its better to have more or less.

    As someone in the less camp, I want more to say I've 'experienced' life a bit more. That I've had a one night stand and couldn't remember her name. Not even something to be proud of - but something that I can say I've done.

    But then, if I'd slept with 30 people, I'd want it to be less, because I'd want to feel like sleeping with me was priveledged, rather than easy because I have no standards as I sleep with randoms on nights out!

    My view is that it's just a number.

    If it felt right with the person you were with at the time, then it's all good. It's in the past and just fact that you increased your 'total' by one (or two, if you're lucky ;) ) shouldn't matter two hoots.

    It's the future that's exciting to me, not lingering on the past.

    8 doesn't seem much but it depends what exactly "sexual partners" means.

    Yeah :p I mean the partner part. I just think 8 doesn't seem an awful lot. But I guess as mentioned earlier in the thread, it is balanced out by people that aren't common as muck :p x

    30 isn't that many if you have been having sex a long time.
    I'd say there is no better what so ever, you do what makes you feel happy and sod anyone else!

    Exactly - my 60 or so is over the space of 11 years. Fair enough, I was attached for 4 of those and so my 'total' was 5 when I was 21. Am now 28, and even then, the remaining 55 or so works out under 8 people a year. WAY less than one a month, on average. Doesn't seem quite so many when you look at it like that.
