Re: Anxious, burnt out and afraid:((
Im ok in general, but sometimes i get anxious. Esp. when on my period(on which i was while writing my post)
@dZhenGa my anxiety is worse on my period too, nobody ever talks about it but yeah, I experience that.
Re: [deleted]
hey @TheNightmare thanks for posting and reaching out with this. I know you won't be alone in experiencing this as food can always be really tricky because there are so many things to think about and balance - convenience, time, socialising, health, lifestyle and many more things!
I can hear you're concerned about the takeaways in relation to your health, and number one thing to remember is that your health (which includes your mental health) and happiness is the most important thing! I can hear in your message that you know what a good course of action is for you personally, and you've recognised that the number of times you were having them has actually made you more anxious about your health and enjoy them less as well. It's great to recognise both of those things as enjoyment is also massively important and hopefully by recognising this and making that change you'll feel better too
I had a quick question actually - you mentioned a few reasons you might have had more this week. Do you find that it's usually because you're socialising with people so eating them with them, have limited other options at home, convenience or another reason? Or all of them equally?

Re: Paris Olympics 2024! 🏅🇫🇷
I love the Olympics! I watch most of the sports, they're great fun to watch - whether cheering on your home nation, or just a fan of the action!
I always find events that involve a lot of precision & coordination impressive - gymnastics and diving are those that come to mind

You have come super far on your journey and you have been so so amazing. I know that you have been having a tough time as of lately but I know that you have been working so hard to get where you are right now. Its been a pleasure getting to meet and know you here.
@eylah and @Amy22
This means a lot honestly because I often don't recognise my progress or improvements I've been and I focus on the negatives but like you said I have made progress and I really appreciate you recognising it and letting me know about it. Thanks a lot for real.
you are doing amazing we see your progress ❤️
